The project supports the development of an innovative production chain within the local agricutlural system, in the bread-making and pastri-making sectors, which leads to:
- marketing new, improved products, both in terms of taste and healthiness;
- increase in the income of the etntrepreneurs involved, especially the agricultural ones;
- contribute to the safeguard off the rural environment;
- promote responsible consumption, especially giving consumers the necessary information about the added value of the Granprato chain, in terms of quality and fairnsess and equality.
The project supports the Granprato chain providing advice in marketing, production techniques, entrepreneurs' skills.
